Prepare for a new level of espionage, agents. Even Realities has announced that its Even G2 smart glasses will be integrated into the forthcoming game, 007 First Light, through a collaboration with IO Interactive.
As 007 First Light gears up for its May 27, 2026 release, Even Realities revealed its partnership with IO Interactive to incorporate the Even G2 smart glasses into the spy-thriller title. These glasses are set to join James Bond’s arsenal of high-tech gadgets. Introduced in a post-launch update, the Even G2 will provide the newly recruited James Bond with enhanced situational awareness and deeper insights into his environment, becoming a valuable tool in his missions.
The game 007 First Light chronicles the early career of young James Bond, who joins the Double O program after a distinguished service as a Naval aircrewman. Players will guide him through thrilling espionage operations as he evolves into the legendary spy. However, a critical failure to apprehend a rogue agent forces Bond to team up with his mentor, John Greenway, to uncover a vast conspiracy and thwart a coup in the United States. Players will explore diverse locations, operate iconic vehicles, and complete missions using a range of gadgets, with the option for either stealthy infiltration or overt action.
The Even G2, which was launched in November 2025, is designed as an everyday smart eyewear solution, featuring built-in AI tools for enhanced communication and meeting support. Its AI capabilities include Prep Notes for recalling previous discussions, AI Cues for identifying unfamiliar names and references, AI Summaries for post-conversation recaps, real-time translation for up to 35 languages, and a voice-controlled teleprompter, among other features. While specific in-game functionalities of the Even G2 within 007 First Light haven’t been detailed, the real-time translation feature is a likely candidate for assisting Bond in navigating various international locales during his missions.
