Square Enix has provided a final, in-depth look at The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales ahead of its release next month. This new HD-2D title is poised to take fans of the genre on a journey through time.
The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales, another stunning HD-2D title from Square Enix, is set to launch on June 18. A demo version of the game is already available for players to experience. Before the game’s release next week, we’ve received new details and visuals from this action-adventure game, including definitive information on pre-order bonuses and the available editions.
In The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales, players take on the role of the adventurer Elliot, accompanied by his fairy companion Faie. Together, they embark on a journey across time to break the curse of Princess Heuria of Huther. Starting their adventure in the Age of Safekeeping, the pair will travel further back in time through the Doorway of Time, visiting the Dark Ages, the Golden Age, and the Birth of Civilization itself.
Players can equip Elliot with two different weapons from seven available types. They can also unlock new fairy magic abilities for Faie, combining their attacks for powerful synergies. To further refine your playstyle, Elliot can be equipped with various Magicite pieces. These Magicite pieces offer effects such as an extra throw for boomerang attacks or delayed explosive effects on bombs for trap-setting. Players can find full Magicite cores during their journey or craft random ones from magicite fragments they collect along the way.
