Elden Ring Movie Set Leaked: Iconic Locations to Feature in A24 Film

Production on A24’s highly anticipated Elden Ring film is well underway, and recently surfaced set photos offer a glimpse into the movie’s immersive world. These images strongly suggest that legendary locations from the popular video game will be brought to life on the silver screen.

Following the confirmation of Nick Offerman’s role in the adaptation, fans have eagerly awaited further production updates. Now, leaked photographs, published by Shortlist, showcase architectural designs that appear to be directly inspired by the game’s expansive world, The Lands Between. Filming is reportedly taking place at Greenwich Naval College in South London.

The leaked images depict a visual aesthetic that aligns with expectations for an Elden Ring adaptation. Some photos hint at the use of green screen technology, likely to recreate the colossal scale and fantastical elements experienced by players in the game, such as the towering Erdtree.

Further analysis of the set photos reveals details that point to specific in-game locations. A prop box labeled “Leyndell Streets” strongly indicates the presence of the royal capital city, Leyndell, situated at the base of the Erdtree. Other images feature a box marked “Stormveil,” referencing another prominent in-game area. Additionally, props suggest that the Academy of Raya Lucaria is also being recreated for the film. One particularly striking photograph of a gallows hints at the potential appearance of the character known as the Loathsome Dung Eater.

A24 has officially confirmed the following cast members for the Elden Ring film:

  • Kit Connor
  • Ben Whishaw
  • Cailee Spaeny
  • Tom Burke
  • Havana Rose Liu
  • Sonoya Mizuno
  • Jonathan Pryce
  • Ruby Cruz
  • Nick Offerman
  • John Hodgkinson
  • Jefferson Hall
  • Emma Laird
  • Peter Serafinowicz

Fans on Reddit have expressed significant excitement about the potential inclusion of these iconic locations, with many praising the leaked set designs as “peak” for an Elden Ring adaptation. One user commented, “I’m genuinely excited and curious to see how and what they’re gonna work into the movie,” a sentiment that appears to be widely shared.

The Elden Ring film is currently in full production by A24 Films.
