Xbox has significantly enhanced its game streaming capabilities for Game Pass Ultimate subscribers. As of July 28, users can now stream their entire Xbox game collection directly to their personal computers through the dedicated Xbox PC app.
Microsoft has progressively extended the reach of Xbox library streaming to various platforms, including Xbox consoles, smart TVs, and web browsers over recent years. The company recently announced the integration of this functionality into the Xbox app for PC, aiming to consolidate the majority of Xbox-related features within a single, convenient application.

Beyond offering a convenient way to access your Game Pass library when away from your console or primary PC, streaming Xbox games now provides a significant benefit for PC-only gamers: the ability to play Xbox console exclusives that have not yet been released natively on PC.
Furthermore, Microsoft has introduced several other enhancements to the Xbox PC app, primarily focused on streamlining the cloud gaming experience. A notable feature is the cross-device play history, enabling users to seamlessly resume games on their PC that were started on an Xbox console via game streaming. The updated app also presents a more cohesive game library, integrating both purchased titles and Game Pass offerings available for streaming across consoles. These new functionalities are currently accessible to members of the Xbox Insider program, which is free and open to all interested users.
Lastly, the Xbox PC app now includes an improved system for tracking Microsoft Rewards. Microsoft confirms that this new integration will display Rewards progress dynamically during gameplay, simplifying the process of monitoring accumulated points across various gaming sessions.
