Turtle Beach Unveils New Mario-Themed Accessories for Mario Day

To commemorate the renowned Mario Day, Turtle Beach, a prominent manufacturer, has unveiled two innovative accessories inspired by the Mario franchise.

Recognized globally as a premier supplier of gaming peripherals, Turtle Beach has established its reputation through the creation of highly-regarded, critically acclaimed, and commercially successful products. Their extensive catalog includes gaming headsets, controllers, PC peripherals, and simulation accessories. Furthermore, their esteemed brand, Victrix, is particularly favored by professional players within the Esports and fighting game communities.

Once again, Turtle Beach has marked Mario Day with new offerings: a gaming controller and a gaming headset. These aesthetically pleasing devices are aptly named the Mario & Luigi Rematch Wireless RGB Gaming Controller and the Mario Star Airlite Fit Wired Gaming Headset.

The Mario & Luigi Rematch Wireless RGB Gaming Controller offers a premium experience. It boasts four dynamic RGB lighting modes that illuminate with distinctive Mario designs, adding visual flair. Beyond the integrated RGB, it incorporates TMR (Tunnelling Magnetoresistance) Thumbsticks. These utilize magnetic resistance for enhanced sensitivity and significantly reduce the likelihood of stick drift. An additional feature is the ‘C’ Button, providing direct access to Nintendo GameChat functionalities.

Designed for maximum comfort by Turtle Beach’s internal engineering team, the Mario Star Airlite Fit Wired Gaming Headset includes high-quality 40mm speakers. These speakers are ideal for both casual and competitive gamers desiring superior audio. The ear cushions, made from jersey knit, surround the speakers, offering noise isolation and, as per the official announcement, delivering “crisp highs and powerful lows.” A notable convenience is the noise-cancelling microphone, which can be effortlessly flipped up to mute audio input.

Mario Day is particularly significant this year, amplified by the upcoming release of the new Mario Movie. Nintendo has also organized a week-long series of events, inviting fans to partake in the festivities celebrating their beloved plumber.
