The festivities extend beyond gaming, as the newly titled Super Mario Galaxy Movie was also teased during the event, just prior to the game announcements. This cinematic adaptation is scheduled to premiere in theaters in April 2026.
The Nintendo Direct was packed with other thrilling revelations for Mario enthusiasts. Among these were the announcements for Super Mario Bros.
