Prime Day Ends Soon: Score the Chucky 7-Movie Collection Blu-ray Deal

The 1980s were a golden age for horror, launching iconic slasher franchises. If you`re keen to add a gruesome collection to your Blu-ray shelf, the complete Child`s Play series, known as the Chucky: 7-Movie Collection, is available at a significant discount. During the final hours of Amazon`s Prime Day 2025 sale (ending July 11), this box set is priced at just $25, down from its usual $60.

The original Child`s Play film from 1988 introduced Charles Lee Ray, a serial killer who transfers his soul into a “Good Guy” doll named Chucky via a voodoo ritual to avoid death. Trapped in this plastic body, Chucky schemes to possess a young boy. The film became a surprise success, leading to two sequels in 1990 and 1991, continuing Chucky`s terrifying return from the grave.

After a break, the Child`s Play franchise resumed with Bride of Chucky in 1998, followed by several more films. This collected Blu-ray set includes a generous amount of bonus features, such as insights into the series` making, its cultural influence, cast and crew commentaries, various featurettes, and other extras.

Please note that this collection does not contain the 2019 reboot of Child`s Play. That film offered a different take, portraying Chucky as an AI-controlled doll (voiced by Mark Hamill) and starring Aubrey Plaza. The 2019 movie is available separately on Blu-ray and 4K Blu-ray.

More Chucky (and Child`s Play) Blu-ray Options

  • Child`s Play (2019) – Standard Blu-ray: ~$9.50
  • Child`s Play (2019) – 4K Blu-ray: ~$20.10

The Prime Day sale also features discounts on various other movie box sets. For horror fans, the Nightmare on Elm Street complete collection is on sale for $20 (originally $45). Modern horror enthusiasts might appreciate Jordan Peele`s suspenseful Get Out and Us double feature. If you prefer intense gore, the Saw series collection is also discounted.
