Nintendo has unveiled a new holiday bundle for its Switch 2 console, featuring the highly anticipated game Pokemon Legends: Z-A. Priced at $500, this package includes a digital copy of the game and the Switch 2 console itself. It is set to release on October 16, with pre-orders currently open at Best Buy, Target, and GameStop, and more retailers expected to follow soon.
The bundle`s announcement came right after the Pokemon Presents showcase, which also revealed the game Pokemon Friends for mobile and Switch. This new bundle is intended to replace the previous one, which included Mario Kart World and is set to expire this fall, likely around October 16.
By opting for the Pokemon Legends: Z-A bundle, buyers save $20 compared to purchasing the console ($450) and the game ($70) separately. It`s important to note that Pokemon Legends: Z-A is not exclusive to the Switch 2; the game will also be available on the original Switch console for $60.
The Nintendo Switch 2 console alone costs $450, while the bundle with Mario Kart World is also available for $500. Amazon recently began offering the console, along with official accessories and exclusive games.
