New Stranger Things Lego Figures Available Ahead Of Final Season

As the highly anticipated fifth and final season of Stranger Things approaches, Lego marks the occasion by introducing new BrickHeadz collectibles featuring the series` core characters. This collection, set to release on October 1, includes four buildable figures: Mike Wheeler, Dustin Henderson, Lucas Sinclair, and Will Byers. These figures are currently available for preorder for $40. Given their likely popularity among collectors, early purchase is recommended.

Consistent with the BrickHeadz line, these Lego Stranger Things figures charmingly translate the characters` distinct appearances and 80s fashion into their signature blocky style. Each figure comes with a sturdy display base and specific accessories, such as a walkie-talkie for Mike, a headset for Dustin, and a slingshot and binoculars for Lucas. These BrickHeadz sets are exclusively available for preorder through Lego, as they seldom appear at other retail outlets.

This new offering represents only the second Stranger Things set from Lego to date. The previous set, `The Upside Down` playset, has been out of stock for some time. Therefore, for fans eager to expand their Lego Stranger Things collection, securing these new BrickHeadz is advisable.

Stranger Things: The Complete Scripts Volumes 1-4 Preorders

Additionally, Stranger Things enthusiasts might be interested in the forthcoming book series, `Stranger Things: The Complete Scripts,` which compiles the Duffer Brothers` screenplays from the first four seasons into separate volumes. The initial two volumes are scheduled for release on September 2, with Volumes 3 and 4 following on December 9. All four paperback editions can be preordered for $30 each.

More New Lego Set Preorders

The new Stranger Things set is part of a series of fresh Lego announcements being made ahead of San Diego Comic-Con this week. Among these is a remarkable Nintendo Game Boy replica, a 421-piece display model that faithfully recreates the iconic handheld console. This model boasts interactive A/B, D-pad, and Start/Select buttons, along with interchangeable game cartridges inspired by classic Game Boy titles like Super Mario Land and The Legend of Zelda: Link`s Awakening. The Lego Nintendo Game Boy is set to launch on October 1 and is available for preorder at $60.

Meanwhile, Lego Batman makes a significant comeback with a colossal 2,953-piece Arkham Asylum set. This intricately designed model of Gotham`s infamous psychiatric hospital, known for housing many of Batman`s arch-nemeses, includes 16 minifigures. Its modular structure offers an engaging building experience that can be spread out over several days. This premium set, priced at $300, will be released early for Lego Insiders members on September 9, followed by a worldwide launch on September 12.

Additionally, seven new Lego sets inspired by `Wicked: For Good` are scheduled for release on September 1. These include large display pieces such as the Emerald City Wall Art set, alongside playsets like Glinda`s Wedding and Munchkinland. A comprehensive list of these new `Wicked` Lego sets is available for preorder.
