How To Unlock Pauline And Ninji In Super Mario Party Jamboree

A significant part of the charm in any Mario Party title lies in expanding your roster with beloved characters from Mario`s rich history. Super Mario Party Jamboree starts you off with 20 characters, offering a wide array of choices for dominating the game boards. However, two popular characters, Pauline and Ninji, are not immediately available and require a separate unlocking process. Fortunately, adding them to your collection is straightforward, and we`ll guide you through the steps below.

How to Unlock Pauline and Ninji in Super Mario Party Jamboree

Unlocking Pauline and Ninji in Super Mario Party Jamboree doesn`t demand extensive game progression. Instead, the process is simple: you just need to enter the colossal hot air balloon situated in the Party Plaza—the same one you utilize to access various game modes.

While inside the hot air balloon, you typically use the L and R buttons to cycle through different game modes. However, you can actually take full control of the camera. Once airborne and surveying the locations, use the left stick to freely maneuver the camera around the environment.

Your next step is to spot Pauline and Ninji, zoom in on their locations, and then press the `A` button to interact with them.

Where to Find Pauline

Pauline is located on a small island positioned to the left of Minigame Bay. Once you`ve zoomed in on her and pressed `A`, she might appear a little surprised at first, but she will quickly join your playable roster!

Where to Find Ninji

Ninji can be found on a tall island situated near the Rhythm Kitchen building. Just as you did with Pauline, simply zoom in and press `A` to interact. This will slightly startle Ninji, after which the little character will happily become part of your roster.

With both Pauline and Ninji added, your total count of playable characters in Super Mario Party Jamboree expands to 22. This provides you with an even greater selection of characters to choose from. Since all characters possess identical stats, there`s no gameplay advantage to selecting one over another, allowing you to simply pick your favorite!
