For those who already own a PS5, the themed faceplates and controllers will also be available for individual purchase. Preorders for this limited edition gear commence on September 4 at 10 a.m. The gold-themed PS5 items will be accessible through various online retailers, including PlayStation Direct, while the elegant black versions will be an exclusive offering from PlayStation Direct.
Limited Edition PS5 Slim Bundles
The PS5 Slim Ghost of Yotei Limited Edition Bundle provides a PS5 Slim console with a disc drive, along with the exclusive faceplates and a matching Ghost of Yotei Edition DualSense controller. Both the gold and black versions of this bundle feature identical artwork and accessories, differing only in their color scheme. The black variant can be preordered exclusively through PlayStation Direct starting September 4 at 10 a.m. local time. The gold version will be available at PlayStation Direct and select other retailers, though specific partners have not yet been disclosed. Existing PS5 Slim or PS5 Pro owners can acquire a set of the new limited edition console covers separately. Both versions of the faceplates are compatible with disc drive and digital edition consoles.
Themed DualSense Wireless Controller
Standalone versions of the Ghost of Yotei Gold Limited Edition DualSense Wireless Controller will also be available in both gold and black. These gamepads boast unique designs that perfectly complement the limited edition faceplates, featuring elegant ink brush strokes on the handles and a subtle silhouette of the game’s protagonist, Atsu, on the touch pad. All the standard DualSense features, such as haptic rumble, adaptive triggers, and a 3.5mm headphone jack, are included.
Preordering the Game
