Ghost of Yotei is officially slated for release on October 2 for PlayStation 5. As the launch date draws nearer, Sony and developer Sucker Punch Productions have revealed more in-depth details about the title. Set centuries after the events of Ghost of Tsushima, the game`s narrative revolves around a quest for vengeance. Game director Nate Fox elaborated on the game`s philosophy regarding player exploration, stating: “Maybe the wind is telling you, if you would like to continue the story, go that way. Looking ahead to post-launch content, Ghost of Yotei will receive free multiplayer DLC next year, introducing `Legends` mode.
