Exclusive Nobody 2 4K Blu-Ray Steelbook Edition at Walmart

The Limited Edition Steelbook for the film “Nobody 2” is now available for preorder at Walmart for $38. Unlike the recently released Limited Edition Steelbook for the first “Nobody” film, the collectible 4K Blu-ray edition of the sequel is a Walmart exclusive. Both Steelbook versions feature a consistent art style and design, ensuring they will look harmonious together on a display shelf. Standard 4K Blu-ray and 1080p Blu-ray editions of “Nobody 2” can also be preordered at favorable prices on Amazon.

The action sequel, starring Bob Odenkirk as a John Wick-esque assassin, premiered in theaters on August 15. “Nobody 2” has received predominantly positive reviews from both critics and viewers. While not as highly acclaimed as the 2021 original, the film remains highly entertaining thanks to Odenkirk`s superb performance as Hutch Mansell.

A 4K Blu-ray combo pack containing both films will be released alongside the standalone editions of “Nobody 2.” Alternatively, you can assemble your own “Nobody: 2-Movie Collection” by acquiring both Steelbook editions for a total of $68.

Steelbook Design and Technical Details

The Limited Edition Steelbook for “Nobody 2” perfectly matches the aesthetic of the new 4K Steelbook for the original film. The cover features a bloodied Hutch Mansell (Bob Odenkirk) with a collage of supporting characters beneath him. The background on both the front and back cover is designed with a “dirty” texture, adorned with pressed leaf and floral patterns reminiscent of Mansell`s Hawaiian shirts from the movie. A screenshot from one of the action sequences is featured on the interior covers.

As “Nobody 2” only hit theaters last week, we are still awaiting the revelation of some technical specifications and bonus features. Currently, it is known that the 4K Blu-ray edition supports HDR10. The 4K release of the first film included Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, so these technologies are likely to be offered here as well.

The 4K Blu-ray editions also come with standard Blu-ray and digital versions. The Limited Edition Steelbook is exclusive to Walmart, but standard editions are widely available. The standard 4K edition costs just $28 on Amazon, and the Blu-ray version is $23.

Nobody 2-Movie Collection Pricing

Regarding the 2-Movie Collection: Amazon and Walmart offer identical prices for the standard editions of “Nobody 2,” but the “2-Movie Collection” presents a different scenario. Walmart is taking preorders for the 4K collection at $45, whereas Amazon`s price is $70. The 4K box set also includes digital versions of both films. Walmart`s $45 price is slightly lower than the combined cost of “Nobody” and “Nobody 2” on separate 4K Blu-ray discs. The 2-Movie Collection is also being released on DVD but apparently not on standard Blu-ray. Walmart accepts preorders for the DVD edition at $18, while Amazon offers it for $23. It`s worth noting: Amazon`s prices are likely to drop to match Walmart`s. Preorder price guarantees at both retailers mean you will automatically receive any discounts offered from the time of your order until release.

Original Nobody Film Steelbook

The new Limited Edition Steelbook for the original “Nobody” film was released on July 29 for $35 and is currently available for just $30 on Amazon and Walmart. This new release includes 4K Blu-ray and 1080p discs, as well as a voucher for the digital edition. The 4K Blu-ray renders the film in upscaled 4K resolution with Dolby Vision and HDR10. The original film also supports Dolby Atmos and Dolby TrueHD 7.1 surround sound.

If you are a fan of the “Nobody” franchise, chances are you`ve also seen “John Wick.” Both Amazon and Walmart have offered exclusive Steelbook Editions of “Ballerina: From the World of John Wick.” Unfortunately, these editions are currently sold out, but you can still preorder the standard 4K Blu-ray edition of the “John Wick” spin-off for $28 (originally $43) before its September 9 release.
