Игра Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, ставшая настоящим хитом в раннем доступе, продав миллион копий за первую неделю после выхода в феврале 2024 года, готовится к полноценному релизу. Как было объявлено на выставке Gamescom, этот однопользовательский шутер с видом сверху также появится на консолях Xbox Series X|S и в подписке Game Pass.
Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor выйдет 17 сентября на ПК и Xbox Series X|S. Крис Перейра из GameSpot высоко оценил игру в раннем доступе, сравнив её с Vampire Survivors. Игроки берут на себя управление одиноким дварфом-шахтёром, который может выбрать один из четырёх классов: Бурильщик, Инженер, Разведчик или Стрелок. Каждый класс предоставляет дварфу уникальные способности и возможности для исследования Хокссес IV – процедурно генерируемой планеты, изобилующей враждебными пришельцами и несметными богатствами.
Ранее в этом году Ghost Ship Games объявили дату выхода Survivor, но отметили, что решение о запуске вынудило издателя временно отказаться от режима «Бесконечный». Разработчики из Funday Games объяснили, что сохранение «Бесконечного режима» на данном этапе представляло серьёзные технические трудности, которые могли бы замедлить выпуск игры. Тем не менее, в планах есть добавление этого режима в Survivor позже.
Это не единственный спин-офф популярного шутера Deep Rock Galactic. Ghost Ship Games также работает над роглайт-спин-оффом под названием Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core. Дата выхода этой игры пока не объявлена, но её трейлер был показан ранее в этом году.

Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, a title that became an instant hit in Early Access by selling one million copies within its first week after launching in February 2024, is now preparing for its full release. As announced at Gamescom, this top-down single-player shooter will also be available on Xbox Series X|S consoles and through Game Pass.
Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor is set to launch on PC and Xbox Series X|S on September 17. Chris Pereira of GameSpot highly praised the game during its Early Access phase, drawing comparisons to Vampire Survivors. Players control a lone dwarf miner, choosing from four distinct classes: Driller, Engineer, Scout, or Gunner. Each class grants the dwarf unique abilities and options as they explore Hoxxes IV—a procedurally generated planet teeming with hostile aliens and unimaginable riches.
Earlier this year, Ghost Ship Games confirmed the release date for Survivor, but noted that the decision necessitated temporarily dropping the “Endless Mode” from the initial launch. The developers at Funday Games explained that incorporating Endless Mode at this stage presented significant technical challenges that could have delayed the game`s release. However, there are plans to add this mode to Survivor at a later date.
This is not the only spin-off from the popular Deep Rock Galactic franchise. Ghost Ship Games is also developing a roguelite spin-off titled Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core. While this game currently lacks a release date, a trailer for Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core was unveiled earlier this year.
