Code Vein 2: Explore the Vast World on a Supernatural Motorcycle

Bandai Namco is set to release the highly anticipated sequel to its post-apocalyptic action RPG, Code Vein. In this new installment, players will once again navigate a world overrun by the vampire-like Revenants. Code Vein 2 promises an even more expansive and detailed environment to explore compared to its predecessor. A significant new feature for traversal is the introduction of a unique supernatural motorcycle, allowing players to traverse vast distances with unprecedented style and speed, rather than solely on foot.

According to producer Keita Iizuka, this isn`t an ordinary vehicle. The Revenant Hunter`s motorcycle is, in fact, a magical manifestation conjured through a spell. This means it operates without the need for conventional fuel or spare parts, simplifying logistics in the desolate world. However, it remains to be seen whether players will need to provide any magical or other resources to sustain its power and use.

Iizuka also confirmed that when the player is accompanied by a companion character, they will ride together on the motorcycle. To generate excitement for the game`s launch, a real-life replica of this magically-powered vehicle is being showcased at major industry events. Fans have the opportunity to see and take pictures with it at San Diego Comic-Con, and it is also planned to appear at PAX West and New York Comic Con later in the year.

Further details regarding the narrative of Code Vein 2 suggest a compelling plot where the Revenant Hunter will be compelled to form unlikely alliances with the very Revenants they hunt, all to confront a looming threat that imperils their entire world. Adding another layer of complexity to the gameplay, the game will incorporate a time-travel element, enabling players to revisit past events and make alterations that will significantly influence the present timeline.

The release of Code Vein 2 is scheduled for 2026 across multiple platforms, including Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
