Retro Review: Fatal Frame 1 For Xbox1 (Original Xbox. Also On PS2). Why No Fatal Frame HD Trilogy Yet?
Absolutely no details on the game were released, but the game looks like it will feature similar gameplay to the original and is sure to satisfy fans of the Game Boy Color puzzler, which has since been ported to iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, PC, PSN, Mac, Steam, Mobile.
As such there are surely a lot of people who will be happy to see a sequel to this underrated gem, which was one of the last Game Boy Color games ever released, to widespread critical acclaim.
I remember when I first read the reviews for Toki Tori in EGM Magazine, I always wanted to play the game but never got around to it. It was developed by Two Tribes and published by Capcom (people often mistake it for a first-party Nintendo title known as The Legend of Starfi, another similar title that I was sad to see never got released in the US on it’s original Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance platforms. We did finally get the 5th DS game in 2008 however) and greatly overlooked by a lot of people, although it has gotten a bit more popular ever since the re-releases starting hitting.
As you can see this game looks absolutely gorgeous with a very cool, unique art-style that drips with pure awesomeness.
Yoshi’s Land Wii U Screenshots
You heard right! Atlus, Nintendo and Intelligent Systems are joining forces to bring the world the FIRST EVER Nintendo full-blown crossover! Nintendo has never done a legit crossover before with a third-party series like this. So this is totally a killer-app of the highest proportion.
Much more information coming soon, in particular at E3 2013. This news came completely out of left field, so this is a huge development and will go a long way towards satisfying hardcore Nintendo fans and fans of hardcore RPGs at the same time. Hopefully it will be in the RPG or Strategy RPG/Tactical RPG genre, but that remains to be seen.
The game has been one of the most highly sought-after WiiU titles and one of the most exciting Lego games yet ever since it’s announcement, but the game ended up missing the WiiU launch last year. Technically though, it will still make the “Wii U Launch Window” even though it’s not hitting till March.
The Chase is On! For the first time, the fan-favorite Lego City vehicles and play sets come to life in Lego City: Undercover, exclusively for the new Wii U console. Players assume the identity of Chase McCain, an undercover detective armed with clever disguises.

* Lego video games are known for their humor and parody, and Lego City Undercover delivers this and more with fully voiced characters and ambient crowds, bringing Lego City to life.

You know the one, the corny Batman played by Adam West from the 1960s! Although the Silver Age, of course, also includes the Batman comic books during those times with Batman and Robin. A time where things were more comical and mischievous than the “Dark Knight” with the darker, more violent feel that we know and love today.
This was a time when Batman fought against aliens, monsters and against rayguns!
Reportedly the plot of this new stylized Silver Age style Batman game will tell the story of how Batman and The Joker first met, and will take a lot of influence from the comicbooks of the 1950s when Batman teamed up with other superheroes like Superman and the Justice League of America.
Does this mean that we can see a new Batman game that takes some cues from Lego Batman 2: DC Superheroes and features Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, The Flash, etc. beside Batman in the same game? One can only hope! How awesome would THAT be!
Mark Hamill has stated that he likely will not return to voice The Joker again, although he did return to voice The Joker from Lego Batman 2… and can you have The Joker with Mark Hamill? Would Rocksteady go along with the premise of the game if Mark Hamill decides not to return to voice The Joker?
Kevin Conroy voiced The Batman, and he will likely return for the new game one would expect.
Batman: Arkham Asylum was released in 2009 for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC and seeked to do for videogames what the X-Men and Spider-Man 2000s films did for comicbook based movies. The game was a gritty smash-hit that set the standard for how to do comicbook-based superhero videogames RIGHT. Batman: Arkham Asylum sold over 4.3 million copies.
The sequel, last year’s Batman: Arkham City for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, took the series into a sandbox open world. The game sold over 2 million units worldwide in its first week reaching over 6 million sales within the first month. It will launch for Wii U with an “Armored Edition” later this year.
Batman Silver Age (made up name by me) may be announced at Comic-Con 2012 this week.
