This time, players will step into the shoes of a Native American during the setting of the Colonial United States and the American Revolution that is setting the world ablaze all around them. You, of course, will play as an Assassin on the Indian side, and the game will serve to give a realistic and gritty look at the realities of the bloody Revolution and its effect on Native Americans. The tagline for the game is: “As a Native American assassin fights to protect his land and his people, he will ignite the flames of a young nation’s revolution.”

Assassin’s Creed 3 is scheduled for release on October 30th, 2012! It will be released on Xbox 360, PS3, PC and Wii U. The game is already up for pre-order at various retailers, and those who pre-order can get their hands on a very slick steelbook case for the game that you get to take home with you then and there for slapping down your five dollar deposit for the game! It’s a very nice incentive and should send fans to stores in drove to get their pre-orders in. And given how exciting this entry in the modern classic series is, the vast majority will likely purchase the game upon launch. The $5 you deposit will also go towards the price of the $60 game, of course.
